STRAWBERRY’S RISOTTO

Ingredients (for 4 people):

- 4 little cups of rice;
A half onion;
1hg of strawberry
1 stohc;
1 mild power chili;
2 big spoons of cooking cream; salt;
Olive oil;
White win;
Parmigiano.

Fry the finely cut onion ligthly in the olive oil. Add the strawberries washed and cut into small pieces and cook them for a few minutes adding some stock.
Add the rice and stock, stir continually. Add pinch salt and chili mild powder.
