What does it serve: To grow, it keeps you young, it shields from tumour.
If it lacks: You can become anaemic, you become nervous, you are weak and you lose ypur concentration, you get older very quickly.
Where to find it: Hazel, seeds of sunflower, soya, integral cereals, walnut, peanut, asparagus, egg, cabbage, spinach, tomato.
