What does it serve: Stimulate the blood coagulation and the development of the bones.

If it lacks: It is easy to have hemorrhage, the children grow badly.

Where to find it: Savoy, spinach, chicken, fennel, Brussels sprout, chick-pea, salad, turnip-tops, broccoli, lentil, kiwi, dairy product, egg, yoghurt.
